MICROWAVE MILK COCONUT BURFI

This entry goes toshow and tell FSFJanmashtami and ganesh chaturthi and also to sonias dinner recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut-1cup
Milk-powder-1/2cup
Sugar-1cup
Milk-4tbsp
Cardamom -3
Almonds for garnishing

METHOD:
Grind the coconut,sugar,cardamom with the milk.
Take a micro safe vessel,add the milk powder and the mixture,mix well
Heat it on high for first 5 minutes and then 5 more minutes till it is slightly dry.
Transfer it on a greased plate and place almonds for garnishing.
Make squares,cool it.
Yummy Burfi is ready.!!!!
