INGREDIENTS:
Cut vazhapoo-1cup
Chana dal-1cup
Redchillies-3
Asafotida-1/2tsp
Salt as reqd.
Oil to fry
METHOD:
Soak the dal for two hrs and add redchillies ,asafotida ,salt and grind it to a coarse paste..
Add the vazhapoo to it.
Flatten like a vadai and fry in hot oil.
Crispy and tasty vadas are ready!!!!
