MOONG DHALL DOSA

I am taking part in this magic mingle from the first month...I enjoy because  I wait for the two ingredients announced for the month and we plan our dishesThis time it is moong dhall and pepper....So tried  adosa with these
INGREDIENTS
Moong dhall-1cup
Rice-1/2cup
Pepper -1tsp
Asafotida-1/2tsp
Curry leaves-few
Redchillies-3
sal to taste
METHOD:
Soak the dhall and the rice for half an hour and grind it to a coarse paste.Before taking it out add the pepper,chillies,curry leaves,salt etc....
Taka a tawa spread it like dosa,smear   oil its sides and cook it on a medium flame till it is crispy....
Crispy dosas are ready..Goes well with curd...
