This is my second entry to Magic mingle#7
INGREDIENTS:
Broken wheat rawa-1cup
Moongdhall-1/4cup
Coconut-1/4cup
Greenchillies-2
Curryleaves few
Oil-2tsp
Mustard-1/2tsp
Urad dhall-1/2tsp
Pepper-1/2tsp
Water-2cups
METHOD:
Soak the moong dhall for 10 minutes.
Taka kadai,add the oil,mustard and urad dhall,When it splutters,add the mooong dhall,chillies with out water fry for a minute., add the coconut.
Now add 2cups of water and when it boils add the rawa and cook till it is soft....
Garnish with curry leaves
Healthy break fast is ready quickly....
