Thanks to Radhika who is hosting this blog hop wednesday-17 for the past so many months and I always take part in it.This time I am paired with Vaishali shabhani,who has a wonderful space.Her bread Gulab jamun was so yummy and Itried Peanut chikki as everyone likes it
INGREDIENTS:
Roasted and skin removed peanuts-2cups
Jaggery-1cup
Ghee-1tsp
Cardamompowder-1tsp
METHOD:
Take a kadai,add the jaggery,on a slow fire make a thick syrrup.
Testing can be done by adding one drop of this to a cup of water,when it does not stick and makes sound when you drop in the cup,it is done.
Switch off the gas ,add the ghee,peanuts and the cardmom powder.
Transfer it on a greased plate and level it.
Once it is slightly cooled,draw the squares.
Crispy peanut chikki is ready!!!!!
