This is the 9th week of BLOG HOP WEDNESDAY-9Edition2 hosted by Radhika.This time I am paired with Priya vasu ,Whose  BlogI have already visited many times for her awesome recipes and this time I chose Carrotmasala roti. 
Wheat flour-2cups
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Carrot -1 shredded
Kasuri Methi leaves-1tbsp
Chilli powder-2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp

Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough
Leave it for 30 minutes.
Roll out in to rotis and cook it on a tawa on both sides
Soft and delicious carrot rotis are ready!!!!
Serve it with some raita or some vegetable etc

  5. a perfect way to incorporate carrots! wont carrot leave water & make dough mushy if we leave it for 30 min?

  6. Nice recipe with carrots.

    For the oatmeal bars, the egg acts as a binder. From some of the comments in the original website it looks like you could omit it. You could use flax or mashed banana instead if needed. I have not tried this without egg. Will try it next time and update the post.
