I tried this bread for the first time and had a nice time baking dish below.
This is very simple and quick microwave dish.
Preparation time -10min
cooking time 20min
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour -1cup
Sugar -3tsp
Oil -3tbsp
pinch of salt
Baking soda -1tsp
vanilla essence-1tsp
Method
- Mix the flour ,sugar,salt and soda and mix well.
- Add the oil to resemble like bread crumbs.
- Knead it to a soft dough.
- Put some butter on the baking tray and spread it on the tray.
- Bake it in microwave oven for 20 min around 180 degrees.Cool it for 10 min Then you can even slice it like a tea cake.
- A snack which is easy as well as good for all aged people and a healthy one.Not much fat and wheat flour is full of fiber.
