This is March month shhh cooking challenge post.. Saraswathi Tharagaram is my partner who gave two lovely ingredients..Any millet and rice..I chose pearl millet( bhajra).. And made Dosa
INGREDIENTS
Bhajra. 1 cup
Boiled
Rice. 1 cup
Chana
Dhall. 1/2 cup
Urad
Dhall. 1/2 cup
Green
Chillies. 4
Curry
Leaves. Few
Hing. Little
Salt. As reqd
Oil. For making
METHOD
Soak all the ingredients for 3 to 4 hours and grind it to a little coarse paste.
Take a tawa and spread it like Dosa,smear oil around it.Keep it on a slow flame
Very healthy and tasty Dosa is ready..
