Ingredients:
Besan 1 cup
Milk
Powder 1 cup
Sugar. 11/2 cup
Ghee. 3/4 cup
Coarsely
Powdered
Almond and
Cashew. 1/2 cup
Method:
Take the ghee in a kadai and add the nuts fry little and then add the besan,fry till nice aroma comes.
Now add the milk powder to it
Transfer this to a vessel and then add sugar and 1/2 cup water.Make a thick syrup and add this mixture to it till it leaves the sides of the pan .
Transfer it on a greased plate and when slightly warm slice it
Tasty Burfi is ready.
