Mango srikhand

This month cooking secretly challenge partner is Ramya Venkateswaran
Who gave me two healthy ingredients yoghurt and honey..our theme is mango.so tried some mango srikand which was yummy

Ingredients :
Mango puree.1 cup
Yoghurt.           1 cup
( Hung)
Honey.              4 tbsp
Cardamom
Powder.            1 tsp
Saffron soaked 1 tsp
Pista
Almond.             2 tsp


Method:
Take the curd and hung it on a muslin cloth till all water is removed.
Take all the three and just churn it in a blender
Cool it and add the coarsely powdered nuts..
Yummy delight for summer.
Very tasty with poories

NUNGU(Palm) FRUIT PAYASAM

We happen to purchase nungu yesterday..since I read somewhere long back about kheer .tried Tastes yummy..
Ingredients
Nungu.    3
Milk.        4 cups
Condensed
Milk.          1/4 cup
Sugar.        Little
Cardamom
Powder.      1 tsp
Almond
Powdered.  2 tbsp



Method:
Boil the milk till it is reduced to half..add the condensed milk..add sugar...cool it well
Make small pieces of nungu and add it to the cooled milk also the cardamom powder..
Tasty kheer is ready..!!
Lovely treat for summer..
