I finished Radhika's Blog hop wednesday-First version successfully.Today we start the BLOG hop wednesday second version -week-13and I am paired with Jyoti Needless to mention about her blog.It has very intersting recipes and I tried a few of them and today posting pav bhaji from hers.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes-3
Carrot-1
Cauli flower florrets-few
Capsicum-1
Onion-1
Tomatoes-3
Sprouted moong -1cup(used instead of peas)
Red chilly powder-1tsp
Pavbhaji masala-2tsp
Ginger paste-1tsp
salt to taste
Oil-2tsp
butter-2tsp
Coriander- for garnishing
Lemon juice 3tsp
METHOD
Boil potatoes,carrot,cauliflower in a cooker for one whistle.
Take a kadai,add oil, cumin seeds.
After it splutters,add the choppedonion,capsicum.Fry well,now add the chopped tomatoes and sprouts.
Now add chilly powder,pavbhaji masala powder,fry it well Add salt to taste..To this add the boiled vegetables and smash it well.
Remove from fire add the lemon juice andcoriander leaves
Tasty pavbhaji is ready.Serve it with toasted bread or pav.
